This short video is a virtual introduction to the Outpatient and Day Treatment Department within the ANCHOR Unit at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where you may attend if chemotherapy or intraveneous infusions are part of your treatment plan.

Please note this video will not replace your pre-assessment appointment with your medical team, which will go ahead as planned.

Once you arrive at check-in for your appointment, you will be asked to complete a short respiratory health questionnaire. To view the questions, please tap the button below. You are welcome to print this form at home and bring it with you, or you can simply preview the questions in advance.

The ANCHOR Outpatient and Day Treatment Department at ARI is located in the Orange zone. The easiest access to the department is through the Rotunda door on the Northern side of the hospital. Patients should report to reception within Ward 310, on the 5^th floor of the Orange Zone.

The Radiotherapy department at ARI is located in the Orange zone. The easiest access to the department is through the Rotunda door on the Northern side of the hospital, or the Main Entrance. From here, follow directions for the Organge zone and Radiotherapy department. Patients should report to reception upon arrival to the department.
